Grant McLaren has a diverse work experience in customer service roles. Grant started their career in 2010 at Lloyds Banking Group as a Customer Advisor, where they provided efficient telephone service to customers and resolved any grievances. Grant then progressed to the role of Senior Customer Advisor, where they not only met banking needs but also identified opportunities to deepen customer relationships and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. In 2016, Grant became a Moments of Truth Advisor, focusing on providing empathetic support to vulnerable customers in key moments such as bereavement and financial difficulty.
