Chad Craver

Chad Craver has over 22 years of experience in the field of human resources. Chad'smost recent position was as the VP of Talent & Learning at CastleBranch, where they currently work. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they were the Founder and Director of HR, Culture & Development at Crossroads Human Capital LLC. Before that, they held various roles at dormakaba, including Director of Talent, Learning & Development and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. Chad also has experience at World Media Enterprises as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, at Media General as a Human Resources Business Partner, and at GMAC Insurance as a Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Training Specialist. Chad Craver holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Chad has completed various courses on LinkedIn and Lynda.com, including Systems Thinking, Scrum: The Basics, Consulting Foundations, and Design Thinking. Chad also obtained certifications in Gemba Kaizen, Strategic Thinking, Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership, and Human Resources, among others. Furthermore, Chad obtained the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect certification in 2017.
