Richard Depalma

Richard Depalma has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Richard began their career in the United States Navy in 2004, where they served as a Logistics Supervisor responsible for managing the CARGO division onboard an aircraft carrier. Richard then transitioned into a role as a Lead Recruitment Professional, where they informed candidates about job opportunities within the Navy and conducted interviews to assess qualifications.

After leaving the Navy, Richard joined Alorica in 2015 as a Training Manager, focusing on the development and support of training staff. In 2017, they moved to inspiro, where they initially served as an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager, supervising recruitment processes for a call center. Richard was later promoted to the position of US Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing high-volume recruitment efforts and implementing a remote recruitment process.

Most recently, Richard has been working at CastleBranch since 2021. Richard started as a Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for building relationships within the organization and implementing innovative sourcing strategies. Richard has now progressed to the role of Director of Talent.
