Eyad El Hindi

Eyad El Hindi has extensive experience in HR operations, technology, and people analytics. Eyad is currently the Vice President of HR Technology & Operations at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they lead the HR operations/technology and people analytics function, provides strategic direction for hire-to-retire administration and payroll services, and shapes the digital HR technology and operations strategy. Prior to that, Eyad held the role of Senior Director of HR Technology and Operations at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., where they led the HR operations/technology and people analytics function for all divisions. Eyad has also worked at Celgene, where they held various roles including Director of Global IT Business Partner & Solution Delivery and Director of Global HR Systems & Shared Services. At Celgene, they were responsible for strategic partnerships, IT service management, HR technology delivery, and streamlining hire-to-retire processes. Eyad also has experience in benefits analysis and employee benefits specialist roles at Panasonic USA and PwC, respectively.

Eyad El Hindi holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from New Jersey City University. Eyad also obtained a Six Sigma Certification Green Belt from Villanova University. Additionally, they have a Six Sigma certification.
