Rochelle Freeman (she/her)

Rochelle Freeman currently serves as a Senior People Business Partner at Catalight Foundation, a position held since September 2019. Prior experience includes two roles within Easterseals Bay Area as a Training Development Specialist from October 2017 to September 2019, and an extensive tenure at Safeway from September 1989 to October 2017, where roles included NorCal HR Education Coordinator and Human Resources Specialist, among others. During the time at Safeway, Rochelle contributed significantly by managing District Retail Payroll, ensuring Federal compliance, and achieving substantial liability savings and tax rate reductions.
