Elodie Villardry

Elodie Villardry currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Catalina France, a position held since June 2021, while simultaneously working at Catalina Marketing since November 2008 in various HR roles, including Responsable RH. With a focus on employee training, Elodie has led the development and management of training plans, including funding research and provider selection, and has advised employees and managers. Elodie is responsible for personnel administration, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to contract termination, and has implemented and manages the HRIS (Nibelis and Workday). Prior experience includes HR management roles at Siemens from October 2005 to September 2008. Elodie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from OMNES Education.
