Alejandra Aleman

Alejandra Aleman is a seasoned data management professional with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Database Specialist at Catalina Island Conservancy since June 2022, Alejandra previously held roles including Database Specialist and Data Integrity Specialist at South Whittier Elementary School District, where responsibilities included overseeing CALPADS submissions and managing the Aeries SIS system. Alejandra has also worked as Census Coordinator for Southeast Los Angeles Collaborative, focusing on outreach effectiveness for the 2020 Census, and as Data Manager and Evaluation Specialist at Bresee Foundation, leading database initiatives and program evaluations. Early career experience includes a data intern position at Los Angeles Football Club and a role as Student Life Leader at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where organizational management and scheduling were key functions.
