Nicole Doyle

Nicole Doyle is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and legal operations within the insurance and reinsurance industries. Currently serving as Head of Group Commercial Strategy at Catalina Re since August 2023, Nicole previously held key leadership positions, including Head of Legal Operations at Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. and Transformation Lead at MassMutual. At The Hartford, Nicole drove strategic transformation and supported enterprise initiatives as Assistant Vice President in the Enterprise Transformation Office. Earlier in Nicole's career, roles at Travelers, The Stanley Works, and Boston Scientific contributed to a robust foundation in business intelligence and project management. Nicole holds an M.B.A. from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University, with a focus on International Relations and Spanish.
