Encarna Ramos González

Encarna Ramos González is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a robust background in engineering and project management. Currently serving at the Generalitat de Catalunya since April 2019, Encarna also holds the position of Engineer Expert for the European Commission's H2020 Program since January 2014. Previous roles include Senior Construction Project Manager at Infraestructures de la Generalitat de Catalunya and Executive Director of European Projects at Consell Comarcal del Vallès Oriental. Encarna has managed significant infrastructure projects, including those for the Barcelona Metro and various public works.
