Noel Earley

Noel Earley is currently the Head of Project Monitoring and Technical Advisory at Catalyst. Previously, Noel was the Director at Kennycourt Developments, Senior Project Engineer at N.J. O'Gorman & Associates Consulting Engineers, Site Engineer at Ausflow Ltd. in Sydney, Australia, and Design Engineer at O'Connor Sutton Cronin. Noel holds a P.Grad Dip in Applied Building Repair and Conservation from Trinity College Dublin and a BA BAI MA in Civil Structural and Environmental Engineering from the same institution. Prior to university, Noel attended Catholic University School in Dublin.
