Alyce Thibodeaux

Alyce Thibodeaux is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as Director of Customer Success for Emerging Products at ZoomInfo since July 2021, after leading the Enterprise and Strategic Customer Success organization at Chorus.ai. In addition, Alyce holds the role of Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software, focusing on mentoring individuals in their careers. Recognized for outstanding performance, Alyce received multiple awards during tenure at Chorus.ai, including 2020 Chorus CSM of the Year and 2019 Customer Experience Award Winner. Earlier career experience includes roles at Poll Everywhere and DragonDev, complemented by academic roles at the University of Colorado Boulder, where Alyce instructed undergraduate courses. Alyce holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and English from Louisiana State University.
