Jennifer Wright is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client experience, customer success, and digital program management. Currently serving as Director of Client Experience & Advisory and Director of Digital Programs at Orium since September 2019, Jennifer's leadership has driven significant improvements in customer satisfaction and engagement. In addition to mentoring budding customer success professionals through Catalyst Software's Coaching Corner, Jennifer has honed skills in project management and customer onboarding during a prior role at Uberflip. Notable achievements include founding the Launch Zone customer education program and developing the Professional Services program. Previous roles include managerial and coordination positions at WE and GSI Solutions, complemented by internships in client services and operations across various organizations. Jennifer holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
