Christine Schwartz

Community Development Planner at Catawba Regional Council of Governments

Christine Schwartz is a community development planner who has worked for several organizations in South Carolina. Christine began their career as a French teacher at Presbyterian College and Greenwood School District 50. Christine then became an English teaching assistant at Lycee Magendie & College Alain Fournier. After returning to the United States, they worked as an English teacher at Greenwood School District 50 before becoming an intern director and research manager at the SC Biotechnology Incubation Program. In 2009, they joined the Upper Savannah Council of Governments as a community development coordinator. In 2013, they joined the Catawba Regional Council of Governments as a community development planner.

Christine Schwartz has a Master of Arts in French Language from Middlebury College and a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from Ball State University.

Christine Schwartz works with Tyler Lewis - Program & Lending Officer, Randy Pellisero - Senior Lending Officer & Director, West Region, and Ed Brock - Senior Lending Officer, East Region. Their manager is Randy Imler, Executive Director.
