Dan Huls

Dan Huls is an experienced professional in facilities engineering and construction management. Currently serving as the Facilities Engineering Manager at Caterpillar Inc. since October 2022, Dan leads a team to oversee foundry operations and various projects while fostering a positive team culture. Previously, Dan held the position of Construction Manager at Rivian, where oversight of multiple infrastructure projects was a primary focus, and at Crawford Mechanical Services LLC, where mentorship and HR operations management were key responsibilities. Dan's experience also includes serving as the Southwest Installation Manager at Hussmann Corp, where financial oversight and project management were critical, and as a Project Manager at J.A.
