Ross Stoneham

Ross Stoneham is an accomplished engineering professional with a robust background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Caterpillar Inc. since April 2022, Ross has previously held key positions such as Product Manager and Engineering Manager at BOFA International Ltd, and Senior System Quality Lead at Ford Motor Company. Ross's extensive experience at Ford included roles as a Senior Design Engineer and Component Design Engineer. Prior to that, Ross worked as an Engineering Consultant at AVL and as a Design Engineer at Delphi Diesel Systems. Ross earned an MEng in Automotive Engineering from the University of Leeds in 2012.
