Tarun Srivastava

Tarun Srivastava is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Lead and Senior Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. since April 2010, Tarun specializes in structural validation activities, including a range of finite element analysis and instrumented test planning. Previous roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer at SPX Corporation, where expertise in vibration and shock analysis was applied to antenna products, and multiple positions at Caterpillar, including 6 Sigma Black Belt. Tarun has a solid foundation in research and development from work as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma and has earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and Osmania University.
