Jianmin Wang

Jianmin (Jessie), is the Head of Organization Empowerment, based in Beijing. She has over 19 years of Inhouse OD&HR experience in the different industries. Prior to joining Cathay Capital, Jessie worked for an IoT company as HRVP. She led HR system transform and development rapidly, designed rganization governance mechanism. Prior to that, she has worked in Huawei China, participating a several of strategic upgrade projects such as Huawei China Incentive, Talent strategy and organization design for Cloud BU.

Jessie has also worked in Fanuc of Japan, having made remarkable contribution to HR localization management. She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Management, and a Master degree of International business.
