Adam McMillen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Adam began their career as a Business Analyst at Momentum Partners, where they constructed and analyzed business improvement programs. Adam then worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as a Strategy & Business Development Consultant, where they focused on developing and executing growth strategies for the Greater China market.

Later, Adam joined Bright Generation as a Strategy Consultant & Advisor, where they developed market entry and growth strategies for renewable energy products. Adam then moved on to Telstra, where they held various roles including National Service Experience Manager and National Operational Innovation Manager. In these positions, they played a key role in transforming customer experiences and retail channels. Adam was also involved in project teams that received industry recognition for their work in reinventing the retail experience.

Adam's career continued to progress at Telstra when they became the Strategy Manager for Telstra International, focusing on driving international and domestic growth and positioning the company as a global technology leader. Adam then joined BlackRock as the Vice President of APAC Digital, leading digital marketing strategy and execution, digital product management, and strategic digital initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently, Adam has taken on the role of Head of Digital Experience - Strategy & Design at Cathay Pacific Airways.

Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated expertise in strategy development and execution, business improvement, program management, and customer experience design.

Adam McMillen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Marketing) and a Bachelor's Degree in Chinese (Mandarin) from Curtin University between 2003 and 2006.
