Head Of Digital, Customer Travel at Cathay Pacific

Andy Lo has a diverse work experience in the aviation and logistics industry. Andy started their career as a Logistics Trainee at Zuellig Pharma in 2004. Andy then joined Cathay Pacific Airways in 2005 and held various roles including Revenue Specialist, Assistant Manager Cargo Product, Distribution Manager, and Cargo Planning Manager. In 2016, they shifted to Air China Cargo as the General Manager of Revenue Management. However, in 2018, they returned to Cathay Pacific Airways as the Distribution Strategy Manager before being promoted to Head of Digital, Customer Travel in 2022.

Andy Lo attended The University of British Columbia from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Transportation & Logistics.
