Kate Mikaberidze

Kate Mikaberidze, MS HRM, has a diverse range of work experience across multiple organizations. Kate has worked at Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens since 2013, starting as a Human Resources Recruiter and later transitioning to a Human Resources Generalist role. In these positions, they demonstrated strong skills in recruitment and selection, as well as implementing and maintaining human resources systems and processes. In their current role as Associate Director of Compliance & Compensation, they provide direction and oversight to ensure organizational productivity and efficiency. Prior to their time at Catholic Charities, Kate worked at ASA College as a Human Resources Faculty Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Provost, where they handled full-life cycle recruitment and assisted with payroll management. Kate also gained experience at Epstein, Levinsohn as an Assistant to the Office Manager, where they supervised a support group and provided administrative support to new hires. Overall, Kate's work experience showcases their expertise in human resources, recruitment, and operational support.

Kate Mikaberidze completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature at Tbilisi State University from 2000 to 2004. Kate then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at St. Joseph's University New York from 2010 to 2012.
