Arthur Joseph Ssembajja

Arthur Joseph Ssembajja currently serves as the Parochial Administrator at St Anthony de Padua parish in South Bend since June 2022. Ssembajja's previous roles include serving as a De-risking Senior Analyst and Team Lead at The IDEA Center at the University of Notre Dame from June 2020 to June 2022, and as a Student Athlete Tutor and Monitor at the University of Notre Dame from October 2019 to May 2020. Ssembajja also worked as a Graduate Student Assistant at the Keough School of Global Affairs, collaborating on the South Bend Entrepreneurship and Adversity Program. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Studies at St. John Evangelist Seminary from September 2016 to July 2019, and as a Teacher and Bursar at Kisubi Seminary from June 2010 to July 2011. The educational background includes dual degrees in Master of Business Administration and Master of Global Affairs from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Religious and Theological Studies from Makerere University, and multiple degrees in theology and philosophy from Pontifical Urban University and local seminaries.
