Anthony Glass

Anthony Glass has a diverse work experience spanning over 35 years. Their most recent role was as the Director of Finance and Administration at Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services, where they managed various aspects of the business including customer account set-up, payment processing, accounting, collections, customer service, human resources, payroll processing, and business process improvement.

Prior to that, Glass worked at Comcast for 10 years, holding positions such as Vice President of Customer Experience, Vice President of Forecasting and Workforce Management, and Regional Vice President of Customer Service. In these roles, they managed call volume and staffing forecasts, implemented process improvements, and oversaw customer service and technical support for Comcast customers.

Before joining Comcast, Glass had an extensive career at Bank of America. Anthony held various roles including Business Operations Executive, Mortgage Servicing Executive, Business Support Executive, and Call Center Executive. In these positions, they managed teams, implemented operating controls, reduced work backlog, and developed performance improvement processes.

Glass also gained experience at Wells Fargo Bank, where they served as a Senior Operations Manager and an Accounting and Operations Manager. Anthony directed the development and growth of call center and operations centers, developed customer-focused processes, and oversaw accounting and transaction processing functions.

Early in their career, Glass worked at Arthur Andersen & Company as a Staff Accountant, where they performed financial audits of manufacturing companies, validated financial statements, and identified discrepancies.

Anthony Glass earned their BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1984. Following this, they pursued their MBA in Finance at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1984 to 1986.
