CathWorks, is a fast-paced medical device start-up focused on digital health innovations. The CathWorks FFRangio® System uses AI and computational science to provide physicians with comprehensive physiologic information for better treatment decisions in coronary artery disease. Recently, CathWorks partnered with Medtronic, the global leader in medical technology, to market and sell the FFRangio System worldwide. This partnership will expand CathWorks’ global footprint, allowing more patients to benefit from its revolutionary technology in coronary physiology.

As a Product Manager at CathWorks, you will be at the forefront of blending healthcare innovation with technology, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Your role will be central to gathering and analyzing customer and market insights and translating this information into actionable strategies for product development. You will be tasked with understanding market needs, collecting feedback, spearheading usability testing and feeding the product planning process to ensure our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations. This position is vital in maintaining CathWorks' commitment to delivering healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Voice of Customer (VoC): Develop and execute qualitative VoC strategies to capture and analyze customer insights from various sources, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, focus groups, customer feedback channels, conferences and other special customer events. Conduct the collection and analysis of market and customer insights from global customers and physicians to inform product features, enhancements, and prioritization.
  • Customer Visits: engage with customers in regular on-site visits to healthcare facilities to gather firsthand feedback and insights.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the coronary physiology market.
  • Internal Analytics: Analyze usage data and service reports from deployed systems to gain insights into customer needs and product performance.
  • Internal Stakeholder Feedback: Establish and manage feedback loops with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, and Medical & Clinical Affairs to gather continuous input on product performance and user experience.
  • Product Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, marketing, and sales, to integrate customer and market insights into the product planning process.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment of product development with market needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably in the medical device, high-tech, or software industries.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly articulate product vision and user requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable with international projects and collaboration with global teams. Will partner regularly with teams and colleagues globally and especially in Israel and Japan.
  • Proficient understanding of UX/UI design principles and their application.
  • Effective at working across diverse teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • The position requires up to 30% of travel.
