Shlomit G. has been working in the HR and administrative fields since 2004. Shlomit began their career at NXP acquires Freescale Semiconductor in 2004 as a Welfare and Community Relations Manager. In this role, they managed 5 calendars with complex schedules, coordinated conference meetings, organized events and conferences according to budget and unit's spirit, managed the unit budget, invoice tracking, expenses reporting, and time attendance reports, and was a focal point to managers and employees. In 2016, they moved to Strauss Group Inc. as a PA & Administrative Manager. Currently, they work at CathWorks as an HR Specialist and Administrative and Employee Experience Manager.

Shlomit G. has a diverse educational background. In 2012-2014, they attended Tel Aviv University, where they earned a Bcaba Applied Behavior Analyst degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2003-2005, they studied at Derby Branch in Israel and obtained an MBA with a major in HR. From 1997-2001, they attended The Open University of Israel and obtained a BA in Political Science & International Affairs. Lastly, in 2010-2011, they attended Esh-Lidor and obtained a certification in Family Financial Consultant.
