Nicole Byars

Nicole Byars, CPT, CNC, CHC is a highly experienced HR professional with a background in health and wellness. Nicole currently serves as the HR Manager for Benefits and Compliance at NeuroPace, where Nicole manages employee benefit plans and wellness programs. Prior to this, Nicole held roles such as Senior Human Resources Generalist and Office Coordinator. Nicole also has experience as an Administrative Assistant at Industrial Plating Co., Inc. Nicole holds degrees in Paralegal Studies and Human Resources Development, as well as certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
