Richard A. Hogan

Rich ensures compliance with regulatory authority for every state in which CATIC conducts business and monitors legislative enactments on the federal and state level. Rich received his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law as well as an undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in Storrs. Mr. Hogan is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has coauthored two articles for the Connecticut Bar Journal.
