Hilik Besser

Hilik Besser has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in operations and supply chain management. Hilik started their career at IAF, working as a Project Manager and later as the Head of Methods Analysis Section in the Planning & Organizing Department. Hilik then moved on to the Aircraft Department in IAF, where they served as the Head of Planning & Control Section. In 2007, Besser joined Imperva as a Supply Chain Manager before being promoted to Director of Supply Chain and eventually becoming the Senior Director of Operations. Currently, Besser is working at Cato Networks, where they started as the Director of Supply Chain before being promoted to Director of Business Operations and later as the Senior Director of Business Operations.

Hilik Besser completed their high school education at Technology Bar-Ilan from 1989 to 1993. Hilik then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Management Engineering at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1993 to 1997. Later, they attended Bar-Ilan University and obtained an MBA degree in Marketing from 2000 to 2003.
