Theresa Rotteau

Theresa Rotteau is a seasoned QA professional with extensive experience in food safety and quality management. Currently serving as the QA Manager for Cavendish Farms since October 2015, Theresa maintains HACCP and SQF Level 3 compliance for the Appetizer division. Previously, Theresa held the role of QA/PD Manager at Solis Foods Corporation, overseeing three facilities. Prior experience includes Quality Supervisor at Otter Valley Foods, Technical Brand Manager at Heinz Canada, and Quality Co-pack Coordinator at HJ Heinz. Theresa's career began at Cadbury Beverages, where responsibilities included quality management and compliance for various products. Theresa holds a degree in Laboratory Technology from the University of Guelph - Ridgetown Campus.
