Esheeta Ghosh

Esheeta Ghosh began their work experience as a Customer Service Executive in the French Cheque Processing Unit at HSBC from July 2009 to June 2010. Esheeta then worked at Eveready Industries India Ltd as a Summer Intern in HR from April 2012 to June 2012. Esheeta joined Maruti Suzuki India Limited in May 2013 as an Assistant Manager in HR, and later held the positions of Deputy Manager from April 2016 to March 2019 and Manager HR in Talent Management from April 2019 to September 2021. Esheeta is currently working at CavinKare as a Lead in Talent Management since September 2021.

Esheeta Ghosh completed their education with a diverse academic background. Esheeta began their education at Dolna Day School, where they pursued their ICSE degree in Science from 1991 to 2004. Esheeta then attended M.P. Birla F.H. Secondary School in Kolkata, where they obtained their ISC degree in Science from 2004 to 2006. Esheeta furthered their studies at St. Xavier's College, where they pursued a BSc. in Microbiology Hons. from 2006 to 2009. Lastly, they attended the Institute of Management Technology in Nagpur, where they earned their PGDM degree in HR from 2011 to 2013.
