Rajesh Kumar Jha

Rajesh Kumar Jha has a diverse range of work experience in the human resources field. Rajesh Kumar started their career at United Machines Ltd. in 2010 as a Welfare Officer. From there, they moved on to Indian Herbs Specialities Pvt Ltd in 2011, where they worked as a Human Resources Executive until 2012. In 2013, they joined TVS Sundaram Iyenagar & Sons Limited as an HR officer, a position they held until 2014. Rajesh then transitioned to UCAL Fuel Systems Ltd, where they worked as an HRD Officer from 2014 to 2018. Their most recent role was with CavinKare, starting in 2018. At CavinKare, they held the positions of Plant HR Head and Assistant Manager Human Resources.

Rajesh Kumar Jha's education history begins with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006.
