André Alves

André Alves has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 as a Research and Development Intern at LaTEP in France. In 2016, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Lhoist in Belgium, followed by an internship as a Liquidity & Market Risk Intern at Citi Brasil in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Business Analyst at Intrum Brasil and a Senior Business Planning Analyst at iFood. In 2020, they became a Sales & Operations Manager at Gympass, and in 2022 they took on the role of Sales Planning Manager and Partner at Cayena and Member at FEA Angels. Throughout their career, they have designed and tracked commercial OKRs, created revenue increase frameworks, designed profit share programs and variable compensation for sales teams, and performed quantitative and qualitative analysis of market & liquidity risk main indicators.

André Alves completed a Business Administration and Management course at the Business Training Company in 2017. André then earned an Engineer's degree in Chemical & Process from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2012 and 2017. André also obtained a Master's degree in Chemical & Process from ENSTBB Bordeaux INP between 2014 and 2016.
