Averil continued their career at CBHS Health Fund Limited, where they held roles as an Executive Assistant to the COO and CIO, and later as an Executive Assistant to the COO and CSPO. In their most recent role at CBHS, Averil served as the Risk and Facilities Lead, responsible for coordinating facility maintenance and ensuring risk and compliance obligations were met.
