Averil Pretty

Averil Pretty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Averil has held various administrative and executive assistant roles throughout their career. Averil started their career as an Administrator at TPP Internet in 2001, followed by positions at Caliper Human Strategies (Aust) Pty Ltd and Sheldon Commercial Interiors. In 2006, they worked as an Administrative Officer at Human Engineering Limited. From 2008 to 2010, Averil worked as a Senior Administrator at Lloyd's Register, where they had responsibilities such as data management, statistical analysis, and project support. Averil then joined SMS Management & Technology as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Regional Director. Averil continued their career at CBHS Health Fund Limited, where they held roles as an Executive Assistant to the COO and CIO, and later as an Executive Assistant to the COO and CSPO. In their most recent role at CBHS, Averil served as the Risk and Facilities Lead, responsible for coordinating facility maintenance and ensuring risk and compliance obligations were met. Their experience demonstrates a strong background in administrative support, executive assistance, and risk management.

Averil Pretty attended Pittwater High School from 1994 to 1997. After completing high school, they enrolled in Northern Beaches TAFE in Brookvale and obtained a Certificate III in Administration in 1998. Averil also obtained additional certifications including a Return to Work Co-ordinator certification from Allianz/Workcover in 2013 and a Health & Safety Representative certification from Courtenell/Workcover in 2012.
