Bernie Schroer

Bernie Schroer is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at CBIZ since October 2010, Bernie leads management life cycle and career development strategies while evolving pay scales and job structures. Prior experiences include working as an HR Consultant at Lockton Companies, a Senior Business Partner at Merck, and managing rewards and recognition programs at Hoechst Marion Roussel. Additionally, Bernie served as an HR Manager at Marion Merrell Dow and began a career as an Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Bernie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
