Philips Michael Parulian Simatupang Sianturi's work experience includes various roles in sales, business development, and management. Philips Michael is currently working at PT Cyberindo Aditama (CBN) as the Head of Sales Broadband, where they closely monitor team performance, provides coaching and encouragement to staff, and drafts sales reports and financial forecasts. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Manager at VNT NETWORKS (PT.JARINGAN VNT INDONESIA). Philips Michael has also held positions at Indosat Mega Media Pt, PT. Gabe, Indosat Mega Media Pt, PT. Beasco Jaya Mandiri, Chimera Event Organizer, and Djendelo Tanah Airkoe, where they gained experience in sales, project coordination, finance, and operations management.

From 2004 to 2010, Philips Michael Parulian Simatupang Sianturi attended Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
