Christopher Mullen

Chris Mullen joined Cboe Vest in September 2019 and serves as senior vice president of portfolio management. He currently manages exchange-traded fund, mutual fund and retirement fund portfolios.

Mr. Mullen has over nine years of experience as a portfolio manager. Prior to joining Cboe Vest, Mr. Mullen was a senior portfolio analyst at ProShares from September 2016 to September 2019, and an associate portfolio manager at USCF Investments from February 2013 through September 2016.

Mr. Mullen received a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland. He also holds a dual bachelor’s degree in global politics and history from Marquette University.
