Noemi Barraza

Noemi Barraza is the COO. Noemi Barraza plays a key role in pursuing long-term growth strategies for CBR through business development initiatives. In this capacity, Noemi manages the sales and new client implementation teams and coordinates CBR’s marketing efforts. Her responsibilities also include devising innovative ways to generate new business relationships and conducting client onboarding meetings to ensure that new clients and employees thoroughly understand CBR’s services. Noemi has over 19 years of experience in the HR industry and has been a valuable contributor to CBR’s success since 2001. Noemi earned her PHR certification in 2006 and served as CBR’s Human Resources Director for many years. In her role as Chief Operations Officer, Noemi will continue to apply her HR expertise to assist new clients with their HR needs.
