Jacqueline Igbokwe

Jacqueline Igbokwe has a diverse work experience. Jacqueline started their career as an Account Coordinator at LendUp in 2016, then moved up to become an Account Manager, where they negotiated resolutions for delinquent accounts and identified product and process improvements. Jacqueline later became a Senior Account Manager, leading a team of 10 Account Managers and increasing loss recovery by 34%.

In 2019, Jacqueline joined Verus Underwriting Managers as a Submission Clearance Associate, processing applications and communicating with clients. Jacqueline then became an Assistant Underwriter, where they utilized underwriting software, conducted on-site visits, and developed relationships with agents and brokers.

Since 2014, Jacqueline has also been a Real Estate Investor, researching and developing property purchase strategies, maintaining detailed accounts, and executing strategic marketing plans to ensure a 100% occupancy rate and an annualized ROI of 8% on investments.

In 2023, Jacqueline will join CBRE Investment Management as a Research Analyst.

Jacqueline Igbokwe began their education journey by pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Accounting at Northern Virginia Community College from 2009 to 2012. Subsequently, they attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Risk Management/Insurance. Continuing their academic pursuits, Jacqueline enrolled at The University of Texas at Dallas in 2022 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a focus on Real Estate.
