Ricardo Garces

Ricardo Garces has a diverse work experience, showcasing their involvement in various roles and organizations. Ricardo began their professional journey in 2017 working as a Social Media Marketer for an attorney at Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq. Ricardo subsequently joined Goldman Sachs in 2021 for their Summer Insight Series. In 2022, they held positions at SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity) as an SEO Real Estate member and at PwC as a Deals Consultant. Concurrently, Garces was engaged with the Villanova Finance Group as a member. In 2023, they assumed the role of Senior Fund Manager of Acquisitions at the DiLella Mulroy Real Estate Student Managed Fund at Villanova University. Ricardo also served as the VP of Acquisitions before that. Additionally, they joined ALPFA, Inc - Association of Latino Professionals For America in 2021, initially as the Secretary at ALPFA Villanova and later as the Fundraising Chair. Currently, Garces is working at CBRE Investment Management as a Summer Analyst in their Direct Private Real Estate division with a focus on U.S. Core Partners.

Ricardo Garces obtained their High School Diploma from The Wardlaw + Hartridge School between the years 2016 and 2020. Following that, they enrolled at Villanova School of Business and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Real Estate. Ricardo also acquired a Bloomberg Certification from Bloomberg LP in October 2020.
