Tore Gehres

Tore Gehres has extensive work experience in the real estate investment management sector. Tore started their career at ING Real Estate Investment Management in 2007, where they worked as an Asset Manager until 2012. In 2012, they joined CBRE Investment Management as a Senior Asset Manager and later became the Head of Asset Management for Office & Logistics. Currently, Tore holds the position of Head of Office Asset Management for Germany, Nordics, and CEE at CBRE Investment Management.

Tore Gehres completed their education in two different institutions. In 1999, they enrolled at Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt Nürtingen-Geislingen, where they pursued a degree in Immobilienwirtschaft, and completed their studies in 2003, earning the title of Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH). After several years, in 2010, they attended EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, where they focused on Real Estate and Finance. In this institution, they completed a Real Estate Investment Advisor (EBS) program, acquiring further knowledge in the field.
