Wouter van der Vlis

Wouter van der Vlis has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Wouter van der started their career at Bechtel Corporation, where they interned at the construction site of the Curaçao International Airport Project. Following this, they worked at Goodman Netherlands for a brief period as a part of their graduation project. Wouter then joined Aberdeen Asset Management, where they held various roles including Assistant Property and Asset Manager, Assistant Indirect Property, and eventually Investment Analyst Property Multi-Manager. In 2012, they transitioned to CBRE Global Investment Partners as a Global Portfolio Analyst and gradually moved up the ranks to become an Associate and Senior Associate in Global Portfolio Management. Wouter van der most recently held the position of Head of Analytics at CBRE Global Investment Partners.

Wouter van der Vlis has a diverse education history. In 2003, they attended Hogeschool Rotterdam, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business and Management Studies. Wouter van der successfully completed their degree in 2007.

During their time at Hogeschool Rotterdam, Wouter also had the opportunity to study abroad at Ball State University - Miller College of Business in 2006. Here, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
