Erin Parker

Erin Parker has extensive work experience in program management and staffing. Erin started their career at PDS Technical Services in 2003 as a recruiter and achieved significant revenue and profit growth. Erin then worked as a technical recruiter at Johnson Service Group, where they were responsible for sourcing and recruiting IT professionals and expanding client accounts. Erin then joined Yoh Managed Staffing as an on-site contract staffing manager at Cisco Systems, where they managed vendor relationships and filled contract positions. Erin also worked as a recruiter at Yoh, where they interviewed and recommended candidates for technical positions. Erin then transitioned to Modis, where they held multiple roles including MSP Account Manager and Program Manager. In these roles, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of client programs, managed the requisition process, and maintained relationships with MSP representatives. Erin also served as a consultant to management to resolve human resources issues.
