Victoria Frink

Victoria Frink has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry spanning over several decades. Victoria started their career in 1990 as a Training Associate at Cincinnati Bell before moving on to various positions within the company. From 1992 to 1995, they served as a Senior Customer Service Representative, followed by roles as a Telecommunications Provisioning Associate from 1995 to 2001 and Technical Associate-Network Access Provisioning from 2001 to 2008. In 2008, they joined CBTS as a Network Operations Project Manager/Coordinator, where they worked until 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Carrier Expense Manager at CBTS, a role they started in 2018.

Victoria Frink attended Clermont Northeastern High School from 1983 to 1985, where they earned a Diploma in General Studies. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Live Oaks Career Campus from 1985 to 1987, focusing on Word Processing.

In terms of additional certifications, Victoria obtained a certification in Certified Project Management from Xavier University in April 2012. Before that, they completed a certification in Broadworks from Broadsoft in February 2006. Victoria'searliest certification was in SMS/800 Database from NASC Training Center - Lockheed Martin, which they obtained in November 1995.
