Julie Hoffman

Julie Hoffman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Julie started their career as an Assistant Buyer at Neiman Marcus in 1997. In 2001, they joined Mercer Human Resource Consulting as an Associate and worked there until 2005. Julie then moved to Sara Lee Corporation, where they held the position of Director, Compensation from 2005 to 2010. Since 2010, they have been working at CCC Intelligent Solutions, starting as the Director of Total Rewards and later progressing to the role of Senior Director, Human Resources. Most recently, Julie has taken on the additional responsibility of Inclusion & Diversity within the company.

Julie Hoffman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia from 1993 to 1997. After that, they pursued an MBA degree in Business from the William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business from 1999 to 2001.
