Diane Kolack

Diane Kolack, MPH, currently serves as a Senior Program Officer at the CDC Foundation, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Diane worked at The New York Academy of Medicine from August 2017 to August 2022, where roles included Program Officer, Senior Policy Associate, and Policy Associate. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Elderlaw & Estates Paralegal at Leavitt & Kerson from 2006 to 2017, focusing on preparing legal documents and liaising with various agencies. Diane holds a Master's in Public Health from the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy, as well as a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Food Studies from Hunter College. Additional training includes a three-day course on Undoing Racism and Community Organizing from The People's Institute for Survival and Beyond and studies in Food, Culture, and Society of Italy from the Apicius School of Hospitality.
