Raquel Cruz

Raquel Cruz has a diverse work experience. Raquel is currently working at ConstructConnect since 2019, starting as a Product Training Specialist and later being promoted to a Product Training Team Lead in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Reynolds and Reynolds for seven years as a Software Education Representative from January 2012 to October 2019. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Macy's. Before entering the corporate world, they gained experience in education and student support roles. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Writing Lab Peer Tutor at Randolph College, and from 2007 to 2009, they served as an Admissions Phone-a-thon Student Liaison and Student Supervisor at the same institution. Raquel's earliest work experience was as a Student Library Assistant at Duchesne Academy Of The Sacred Heart from 2004 to 2007.

Raquel Cruz received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Creative Writing from Randolph College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition, in 2010, they also attended the University of Reading, focusing on Classical Studies and English Literature. Furthermore, in 2013, Cruz obtained a certification as a Reynolds and Reynolds ERA-IGNITE Service Specialist from The Reynolds and Reynolds Company.
