Frank Robinson

Frank Robinson has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Frank started their career at TSB in various roles leading up to branch management. Frank then moved on to Alliance and Leicester Group, where they served as a Personnel Advisor and later became a Human Resources Manager. At QVC, Robinson held the position of Human Resources Manager, followed by Human Resources Director, overseeing national HR responsibilities and leading the transformation of the workforce. Most recently, they joined CDL Limited as the Chief People Officer.

Frank Robinson attended Meyler Campbell from 2015 to 2016, where they pursued a Certified Business Coach degree from the World Association of Business Coaches. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they studied at the Northern School of NLP and obtained a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming qualification. In 2001, Frank earned an MSc in Human Resource Development from Liverpool John Moores University. Frank also completed an Associate degree in Banking from the Chartered Institute of Banking in 1989.
