Jon R. Rudolph

Jon R. Rudolph, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer currently working at CDM Smith since July 2022, providing technical and programmatic support to HMTAP programs nationwide while assisting Project Managers in project execution. Previously, Jon served as a General Engineer at FEMA from December 2018 to July 2022, focusing on the review of Hazard Mitigation Grant Program applications and delivering technical assistance to various partners. Jon's career also includes roles as a Disaster Assistance Engineer at CDM Smith, PA Project Specialist at FEMA, and positions with other engineering firms such as Burns and Roe and Stantec Consulting Services, showcasing a breadth of technical expertise across multiple areas in civil engineering. Jon holds a BS in Structural/Geotechnical Engineering and a BS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, along with an AS in Engineering Science from Middlesex College.
