Michael Heary

Michael Heary has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael began their career in the United States Navy, where they held various positions, including Lieutenant and Assistant Weapons Officer. During their time in the Navy, they received accolades such as the Navy Commendation Medal and the Navy Achievement Medal for their exceptional performance and leadership.

After leaving the Navy, Michael worked as an Academic Advisor for the Naval Academy Athletic Association, where they monitored the academic progress and NCAA compliance of over 1,300 student-athletes.

In 2005, they joined CDS Logistics Management Inc., starting as a Sales Manager and eventually progressing to Director of Sales and Marketing. Their responsibilities included developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, establishing and managing key relationships, and achieving sales targets. Michael was also actively involved in shaping the company's multi-year strategic plan as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Michael Heary attended the United States Naval Academy from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. After completing their undergraduate studies, Michael went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance at Loyola University Maryland. Michael graduated from Loyola in 2007.
