Shawnté Bell

Shawnté Bell, M.S., PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Shawnté started their career at Danaher Corporation, where they served as a Human Resources Manager from June 2007 to December 2016. In January 2017, they joined BD as an Associate Human Resources Director, a position they held until July 2023. Most recently, Shawnté Bell has been working at CECO Environmental Corporation as the Vice President of Human Resources since July 2023.

Shawnté Bell, M.S., PHR, SHRM-CP has a Master's degree in Human Resources from National Louis University. Shawnté holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Eastern Illinois University. Shawnté also obtained a certification in HR from Kennesaw State University. In addition, they have certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute and as a Trainer from VitalSmarts.
