Alana Tyrrell

Alana Tyrrell is an experienced professional in guest relations and people operations, currently serving as a People Operations Specialist and previously as a People Operations Coordinator at Cedar since April 2022, where the focus is on improving patient billing experiences. Prior experience includes roles as a Guest Experience Representative at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., where responsibilities encompassed guiding guests and sharing information on safety protocols, and as a VIP Hostess for the New York Mets, overseeing guest access and hospitality within a large stadium setting. Additionally, Alana has worked in customer service capacities at SINY® Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery and Tavern on the Green, where engagement with clients and operational support was key. Alana holds a Master of Public Health from the University of West Florida, expected in May 2025, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama from The New School.
